Why we Choose This Investment
· Embedded financing and de-risking: By offering the entire setup "as a service", we remove the primary financial barrier for resource-poor farmers. Farmers pay a predictable fee from sales proceeds, turning a significant investment into a manageable operating expense and mitigating the risk of initial failure.
· Climate Resilience and Enhanced Productivity: ECO+ Greenhouse and Solar-powered drip irrigation system provide a controlled environment that protects crops from extreme weather events and reduces water usage. This ensures consistent, year-round production and higher yields.
· Sustainability and Eco-Friendliness: Locally available, fast-growing bamboo greenhouse frame is an ecological and cost-effective alternative to steel, promoting sustainable resource management. Solar power system provides clean, renewable energy, reducing operational costs and the carbon footprint.
· Guaranteed Market Access: This is a crucial value-add. By securing market linkages for the produce, the enterprise eliminates the uncertainty of selling crops, a major concern for smallholders. This ensures a stable and predictable income stream for farmers.
· Capacity Building and Ongoing Support: Greenhouse production apprenticeship and the inclusion of extension services and training ensures farmers have the necessary knowledge and skills to manage the technology effectively, leading to improved outcomes and a higher likelihood of success.
· Integrated, End-to-End Solution: Bundling all necessary elements – physical infrastructure, technology (solar-powered irrigation), inputs (seeds, fertilizers), technical support (extension services), and guaranteed market – into a single, seamless offering. This de-risks the entire value chain for the farmer.
· Modularity and Scalability: The modular design means the system can be easily transported, installed quickly, and expanded as the farmer's operation grows, making it adaptable to different farm sizes and terrains. The basic structural framework (9m x 15m) can be repeated indefinitely to extend the greenhouse (if desired), longitudinally, transversely or both. The greenhouse can also be repurposed as Solar dryer enhancing post harvest handling and minimising post harvest losses.

The PPM and offering descriptions should be read carefully to fully understand the objectives, risk factors, charges, and expenses of an investment.
Risk Factors
Please refer to the PPM for the full list of risk factors.
· Geographic Concentration - The Company’s activities will be limited to acquiring and holding the Property as an investment and are therefore inherently concentrated in a specific geographic location. A stagnant or depressed economy in the area in which the Property is located could adversely affect the operation of the Property and the Company’s ability to provide a return or any profit to investors.
· Third-party property managers may not be effective - The Manager, on behalf of the Company, may retain third-party property managers who will, under the supervision of the Manager, oversee the day-to-day operations of the Property by the tenants. The success of the Company will, accordingly, depend on the performance of such third-party property managers, and their failure to successfully perform their management duties could adversely impact the Property’s results of operations and could reduce cash available for distributions to Members of the Company.
· Crop Risk - Horticulture crops are planned to be grown on the property. These commodities are subject to price volatility that could result in selling prices below break-even for the operator. Fresh horticulture commodities are also subject to weather conditions including but not limited to drought, flood, and hail and post-harvest handling risks.
· Farmland Risk - Farmland investments are also subject to additional risks including volatility in commodity prices, weather events or disease that could damage crops and many other operational factors.
We aim to launch multiple green investment offerings each year that span diverse sectors, geographies, and risk-reward profiles, with a focus on three main principles – Ecology, Economy and Ethics.
